Payment Methods

Changes to your Order

Yes, within 48 hours you can email us to edit your order. 

Delivery Options

FREE SHIPPING within Australia on all order over $150.  No promo code needed!

Shipping is calculated during checkout.

Standard international shipping applies. 

Refunds + Returns

Please send all requests for returns to magdalena@heybunnyoriginal.com

Our policy lasts 14 days from receiving your item/s. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please ensure you check all sizing information/ measurements carefully before purchasing. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and depending on stock levels, often we are unable to facilitate exchanges for a different size.

For change of mind or incorrect fit we are happy to provide a store credit if the item is returned in original condition and within the 14 day period.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items where possible. If you would like to exchange for a similar item, send us an email at magdalena@heybunnyoriginal.com

Shipping
Unless the item you are returning is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return your for a store credit you will not be reimbursed for original shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How to track your order

Firstly check your emails for tracking information. Alternatively, login to your Account and view My Purchases to access your tracking information. Don’t have an account? Create one using the email address you checked out with. Alternatively, check your emails for tracking information. Otherwise you  an also track your order via the tracking code that will be sent to your email. 

Washing Instructions

All clothing should be washed according to the washing instructions on the individual garment.
